Men’s Health UK: June 2017 – Charlie Hunnam

Sons of Anarchy alum Charlie Hunnam is featured in the June 2017 issue of Men’s Health UK.

From the digital issue:

The last time Hunnam graced the cover of Men’s Health was in late 2014. He was about to begin his physical preparations promising us that he’d get in ‘incredible shape’ for Guy Ritchie’s medieval epic King Arthur. Hunnam embodies a master of marital arts and defined by tight cords of functional muscle, chiseled through primitive bodyweight exercises. “I always do the same stuff, just at a different volume, at a different level of intensity and to different ratio,” he says. “There’s something about fighting that feels so primal and right as an expression and a release,” he says.

“I want to become a black belt in jiu-jitsu by the time I’m 45” he says. “It’s important for me to keep moving. We’re supposed to be active animals. It’s in our DNA. Sweating is how I change my oil. I just feel happier, more energized and disciplined if I work out.”
